Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Economy — 5 to 8 business days

Express — 1 to 2 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times above are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped, not from the date it was placed.

High Desert Pure is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility.

If you have questions about your order status, check the tracking details for your order and feel free to contact us at sales@hdpcbd.com. Please note that occasionally the USPS does not update the tracking status of their shipments for some strange reason. We speculate that perhaps they have issues automatically scanning the barcodes as it rolls through their warehouses, but it’s difficult to say with certainty. If you feel that your shipment has been lost however, please just contact us so we can try to help track it down or replace the shipment if needed.
