Unhappy with your purchase? Let's chat!
If there's a defect with your product: Aw, nuts! Give us a shout at sales@hdpcbd.com and we'll arrange a refund or replacement pronto.
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing: Happens to best of us! Email us at sales@hdpcbd.com, then send your unopened product back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. We'll be happy to refund or exchange your product for you. Unfortunately, we're not able to reimburse shipping costs associated with returning products.
If you tried your product and didn't like it: Don't like the smell/taste/vibe of your product? (Weird, but okay.) Send us a note at sales@hdpcbd.com and we'll try to facilitate a refund. We implemented this policy so our customers could feel confident about trying out new products with no risk, and we hope you take advantage of it! This type of return is intended for still-mostly-full products--if you send back an empty, you'll make this particular copywriter very glum.
